The answers parents and programs ask us for most. Don't see yours? Send us a note — a real human replies fast.

For Parents

Head to photos.isophotoxp.com — that's home base for every gallery we shoot. Your event gallery is private, and we text the link straight to your phone when it's live. Find your event, find your athlete, relive the moment.

We know you're checking your phone — that's the whole point of game day. Most galleries go live within days of the event, and you'll get a text the moment yours is up. No hunting, no guessing, no waiting by the mailbox.

No. Your memories stay. Order tonight, order at the end of the season, order when they graduate — your athlete's photos will be right where you left them.

Absolutely. Because your gallery never expires, you can come back anytime for prints, banners, and everything in between. Grab the digital downloads on game night and order the wall art when you're ready.

Tell us — we'll go looking. We shoot thousands of frames at every event, and sometimes a great shot just hasn't been matched to your athlete yet. Email info@isophotoxp.com with the event, team, and jersey number, and we'll search the full take. Every kid deserves their moment, and we don't stop until we find it.

No — and this is the one we get asked about most, so here it is straight. Gallery images are for viewing and purchase. Screenshotting, screen recording, downloading, reposting, or printing a watermarked image is theft of copyrighted work, and so is cropping, filtering, or using an app or AI tool to take the watermark off.

When we find unauthorized use, the responsible party is invoiced directly for every image and every use, and the booster club, program, school, and governing body connected to the account are notified.

Buy the image and you can post it anywhere you want — tag us and we'll repost your athlete. Read the full Image Use Policy.

Ask us. We have not turned down a reasonable request yet. A senior night graphic, a memorial post, a recruiting packet, a month where the budget is tight — tell us what you need and what it's for, and we'll work with you on access and pricing. Asking is free. Taking is not.

Email info@isophotoxp.com and a real human answers.

Honestly? Because a handful of people made it necessary. This year we saw a sharp rise in screenshotted images posted without purchase, including merchandise printed from our photos. Gallery previews now carry heavier watermarking across the full image at lower resolution.

We hate it — the galleries looked better before. Purchase unlocks the clean, full-quality file, and your gallery still never expires.

For Teams, Leagues & Schools

You pick the date — we run the rest. Scheduling, parent communication, the shoot itself, and delivery straight to each family's phone. Coaches coach, kids play, parents get a texted gallery link. Zero admin on your plate.

Yes — and we'd be worried if you didn't ask. Every ISO photographer is background-checked, SafeSport certified, and insured, and our competition photographers are USA Gymnastics certified. We're the photographers your compliance office doesn't have to worry about.

Yes. Photo sales can put money back in your program — fundraising rebates, sponsor recognition, coach gifts. Families get photos they love, and your program gets a cut. Tell us your goals and we'll build the plan around them.

We're based in Clarksville and cover Middle Tennessee week in and week out — and we travel throughout the Southeast for competitions, tournaments, and championships. If your event matters to your athletes, it's worth the drive.

That's our home turf. We've shot for the NCAA, USA Gymnastics, AAU teams, and the TN State Marching Band Championships — multi-day, high-volume events where every athlete gets covered. Tell us about your event and we'll bring the crew.

Yes — we send a complimentary image set back to every organization specifically so you can post on your own channels at no additional charge. That set is yours to use for your program's promotion.

What that set does not cover is pulling watermarked images out of the sales gallery, or reselling and relicensing images to families or sponsors. If you need something beyond the complimentary set — a sponsor thank-you, a banner, a recruiting piece — just ask and we'll get it to you.

We contract directly with booster clubs and coaches, which makes you our client and our line to the families. We ask you to relay the image use statement to athletes, parents, and guardians twice: once before Media Day, and again the day the gallery is released.

Here it is, ready to copy and paste:

ISO Photo XP gallery images may not be screenshotted, copied, downloaded, reposted, published, shared, altered, or otherwise used without purchase or written consent. This includes any image displaying an ISO Photo XP watermark. The responsible party will be invoiced directly for any occurrence, and all organizations involved will be notified. If you need an image for a specific purpose, contact ISO Photo XP and we will work with you.

Full details on the Image Use Policy page. That one step prevents almost every problem.

We reach out first — most of the time one conversation ends it, the post comes down or the image gets purchased, and everyone moves on. That courtesy is real and we do extend it.

If it isn't resolved, the responsible party is invoiced directly for every image and every use, and your organization, the school, the athletic department, and any governing body connected to the account are notified of the unauthorized use and who was responsible. Unpaid invoices go to collections, and we reserve every remedy available under federal copyright law.

We don't want to run that play. Relaying the statement to your families is how we all avoid it.

Purchased files carry a personal use license. What needs our written consent first: commercial use, merchandise, and heavy edits — filters, AI restyling, or composites — republished as ISO Photo XP work. Ask and we'll usually say yes. See the full Image Use Policy.

No. Cropping it out, blurring it, cloning over it, covering it with a sticker, or running the file through an app or AI tool to erase it are all the same thing, and all of them are theft of copyrighted work.

An image with the watermark stripped is an unpurchased image. The responsible party is invoiced directly and the organizations involved are notified. Purchase the image and you get the clean, full-quality file with nothing on it.

Using Your Photos

Yes — once you've purchased the full-resolution digital download. That's the file a poster needs; a gallery preview won't hold up at that size.

We also design and print posters, banners, and wall art in house, and we'd recommend letting our designers lay it out — they know how these images print. Tell us the size at info@isophotoxp.com and we'll quote it.

You need two things: the full-resolution digital download, and a written use release from ISO Photo XP naming who's receiving the file and what they're making.

Releases are free and usually same-day. Handing a file to a third party without one is unauthorized use even if you paid for the image — see the Image Use Policy.

It's a short document from us stating exactly who may use a specific image, for what, and for how long. You need one any time an image leaves your hands — a designer, print shop, publication, sponsor, or school.

Email info@isophotoxp.com with the image, who's receiving it, and what they're making. No charge, and it protects you if anyone ever asks.

Not without a commercial license. Purchased images carry a personal use license only.

A separate license is required for paid advertising, sponsor materials and sponsor decks, business social accounts, websites promoting a business, product packaging, merchandise offered for sale, recruiting services, and anything else that promotes an organization or generates revenue.

This isn't a wall — it's a conversation. Tell us the plan and we'll license it. Details on the Image Use Policy page.

Sponsor use is commercial use, so it needs a license. This one is routine — we do it constantly, and there's usually a package that covers your whole season rather than pricing it piece by piece.

Loop us in before the sponsor deck goes out and we'll have it handled.

Not on your own — merchandise made from our images requires a license. But we make merch: shirts, hats, blankets, keychains, banners, and yard signs.

Tell us what you want and we'll produce it, usually for less than a one-off custom order would run you. That's the easier path for everybody.

For your own personal use, adjust away.

What needs our written consent is publishing a heavily altered version — filters, AI restyling, composites, aggressive re-crops — as ISO Photo XP work. And no image may be edited to remove, crop out, or obscure a watermark, ever. That's covered in the Image Use Policy.

Media and recruiting-service use requires a license, and reputable outlets already know that. Send them to info@isophotoxp.com.

We turn these around fast, and we make sure your athlete gets credited properly — which is the part that actually helps them.

Yes, and these are some of our favorite things to make. Senior banners, graduation announcements, memory mates, and magazine covers are products we produce start to finish.

Purchase the design and we handle layout, printing, and delivery. Ask us early in the season and we'll build it into your athlete's coverage.
